These Terms govern your use of mariween.com and purchases from MARI WEEN LTD, trading as Mariween (“we,” “us”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

ORDERS AND ACCOUNTS

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information, use an authorized payment method, and keep account credentials secure.

An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not acceptance. Acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel orders for unavailable stock, payment problems, suspected fraud, or material errors. We will notify you and refund any payment for canceled items.

Contact us promptly to request changes or cancellation. Once processing begins, changes are not guaranteed.

PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Product details and prices appear on the relevant product page. Screen settings may affect colors, but products must meet their description and applicable legal requirements.

Unless stated otherwise, prices are in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping is free to eligible U.S. addresses. Applicable taxes and any optional charges appear at checkout.

Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. We will not increase an accepted order’s price without your agreement. Promotional conditions apply where stated.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Delivery estimates, destinations, and shipping arrangements are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.

For delays, missing packages, or delivery problems, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Returns, damaged or incorrect items, and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Nothing in either policy limits mandatory consumer rights.

WEBSITE USE AND CONTENT

Do not misuse our website, commit fraud, infringe others’ rights, introduce malicious software, collect personal information without permission, or bypass security controls.

Our content and branding belong to us or our licensors. Personal browsing is permitted; commercial copying or reuse requires permission.

Reviews must be honest, lawful, and based on genuine experience. Disclose any incentives. By submitting a public review, you permit us to display and reproduce it to promote our store, without misrepresenting its meaning. Private support messages are not public reviews.

SHOPIFY, PRIVACY, AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

Shopify provides our ecommerce platform. Purchases are directly from MARI WEEN LTD, not Shopify.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Third-party websites and optional services operate under their own terms and policies.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DISPUTES

Follow product instructions and safety guidance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Contact support@mariween.com first if a problem arises. Your mandatory consumer protections and right to bring a claim before a competent court remain unaffected.

GENERAL

We may restrict access for misuse without affecting existing order or refund obligations. Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining Terms, and failure to enforce a provision does not waive it.

We may update these Terms for future use, giving notice where required. Changes do not retrospectively alter accepted purchases. Any transfer of our business or contractual obligations will not reduce your rights.
